Kasengo Village is a community of approximately 120 individuals. The hand pump was in poor mechanical condition when we first visited the site. The pictures reveal the poor condition of the hand pump and the damaged concrete apron. WFTO replaced the hand pump along with pouring a new concrete apron. The health & hygiene training was taught in a nearby school attended by 272 people. The Lord truly blessed the repair and we witnessed thirteen professions of faith as the Gospel was presented. Having our hand pump repaired is a blessing. We had no hope that our pump would be repaired. We thank God for WFTO for having repaired our hand pump. We now have clean water! We will always remember you in prayer as we drink clean water!
